- luci smith Added 2018-02-19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just booked a simple flight only for 4 people the other day and the agent did nothing but make mistake after mistake with my booking. Someone who has been in the travel industry myself could not comprehend how someone can make these "newbie" mistakes. Our agent was a 10 year veteran apparently and just blew my away with her lack of professionalism and rookie mistakes. Will never book with her or the agency again.
