  Customer service EXTREMELY POOR. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.
  Bought a 2011 Explorer in July 2017. Had to bring it back in November 2017. For the first time walked inthe the service bay at 8:30 am and all 4 representatives looked down when they saw me like I was invisible. First impression.....very poor. As I finally asked if there was anyone interested in helping me a lady to my rught offered her service. I explained to her that I have a nail in one of the tires and the seatbelts were not rolling back in. After a long wait I was told that I need two new tires and was quoted over $700. For the seatbelts I was quoted $600. Wow pretty steep price. I was advised that I should clean the seatbelts on regular basis and whipe the belts with soap and water. I have never heard if that so I asked if that was standard practice and if they were cleaned before the car was sold to me. Of course I was told that they were not cleaned. No one could explain to me the logic behind her explanation. I left. I went to Oakville tire where I received superior customer service. The owner looked at the nail in my tire and pulled it out. It was a tiny nail that didnt do any damage to the tire. He checked it over and said that the tire was fine. No charge. Its amazing how different the customer service was. And what blowes my mind that the dealership was goig to charge me $700. Is that how you treat your customers? You tell them that I need 2 new tires. Unbelivable. WORST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE EVER.
  The dealership has unprofessional employees that are trying to scam people. Will never return there again. EVER!!!!
  As for the seatlets....they needed an adjustment that costed me just over $100.
